Grateful Patient Program

Ways to Give

The Grateful Patient Program is a way to say “thank you” and recognize those who have provided you or your loved one with exceptional care and compassion.

St. Vincent’s has always been dedicated to helping patients in Bridgeport and throughout Fairfield County. Now, as part of Hartford Healthcare, St. Vincent’s has even more to offer: more access, more choices, and more health services. Our mission to improve the health and healing of the people and communities we serve means always looking for new and innovative ways to meet the needs of our patients.

There are many ways to say “thank you.”

Share your story of gratitude.

Please consider writing a quick note or sending thanks to the people who helped you. Your note will be shared directly with the people you choose and also with their supervisors. Scroll below or click here to complete the short form.

How will my gift of gratitude be used?

Philanthropy plays a vital role at St. Vincent’s, a not-for-profit hospital, so we can continue to offer the most advanced technology, services, and world-class medical care to our community. Contributions from grateful patients, like you, help to support future innovations and positively impact our ability to meet the healthcare needs of our region.
